The Intelligence Platform is available to authorized institutional users — operators, stakeholders, mayors, and executive personnel. Access is granted by organization administrators based on verified institutional roles.
Operational workspaces, parcel and mapping intelligence, grant intelligence, workflows, and role-authorized records.
Stakeholder briefings, approved dashboards, and approved reports — limited to the tenant and program data explicitly granted.
Executive dashboards, jurisdiction-specific intelligence, decision briefs, and approved municipal workflows. No access to unrelated tenants or jurisdictions.
Phoenix Labs Global executive authority. Phoenix Labs Global tenant records and explicitly authorized system-source intelligence. Existing security and tenant restrictions remain in force.

Sign in with your authorized institutional account to access the Intelligence Workspace. If your account has an approved intelligence role, you will be directed to the operational workspace after authentication.
A learner account (for courses) does not grant access to the Intelligence Platform. Intelligence access requires a separately authorized institutional role assigned by your organization administrator or Phoenix Labs Global.
