Phoenix Labs Global is committed to making the Urban Agriculture Initiative™ platform accessible to everyone, including users with low vision, color-vision deficiencies, reading difficulties, motor disabilities, cognitive disabilities, photosensitivity, and those who rely on screen readers or keyboard-only navigation.

Our Commitment

We design and test against WCAG 2.2 Level AA, with enhanced AAA treatment where practical for contrast, readable text, focus visibility, and target sizing. We align with Section 508 and ADA-supportive digital accessibility practices, and follow WAI-ARIA Authoring Practices.

We do not claim legal certification or complete compliance based solely on automated tests. This statement reflects our current progress and ongoing commitment to improvement.

Supported Accessibility Features

Display Modes

Accessible Light, Dark, High Contrast Light/Dark, Low Vision, and Reduced Visual Complexity modes.

Text & Reading Controls

Adjustable text size (100%–200%), line spacing, letter spacing, content width, and a highly legible font option.

Keyboard Navigation

Skip links, logical tab order, visible focus, Escape-key dialog dismissal, and focus restoration.

Touch & Motor Support

44px+ touch targets, no drag-only interactions, and larger control options.

Screen Reader Support

Semantic HTML landmarks, descriptive labels, live regions for status, and meaningful alternative text.

Reduced Motion

Respects prefers-reduced-motion; removes parallax, autoplay, and unnecessary animation.

Known Limitations

  • Some legacy dashboard pages use hardcoded dark colors that have not yet been fully converted to the accessible token system. These pages are most usable in Dark mode while conversion is in progress.
  • Interactive maps provide data-table and list alternatives, but some advanced geographic visualizations may require assistance to navigate fully.
  • Third-party embedded content (videos, external links) is subject to the accessibility practices of its providers.
  • Full human-verified WCAG compliance certification requires independent evaluation, which is in progress.

Response Process

  1. We acknowledge all accessibility reports within 2 business days.
  2. We triage and assign each report to an owner for remediation.
  3. We provide status updates and notify you when the barrier is resolved.
  4. We verify the fix with both automated and manual testing before closing the issue.
